HMS Belfast hosts kids days outHMS Belfast, which is moored on the banks of the River Thames near London Bridge, is hosting a range of onboard activities for play scheme kids this month.
Between 10:00 and 13:00 until August 29th, the historic maritime vessel will be providing children with an enjoyable, historic, education and fun day out.
The pre-booked sessions are aimed at bringing to life the ship's nine decks and providing hours of interest from the Arctic Mess Decks up to the Captain's Bridge
HMS Belfast fought with distinction in the Second World War, playing a key role in the sinking of the Schanhorst and during the Normandy Landings.
The ship saw active service until 1965 and was saved for the nation as a unique reminder of the UK's naval heritage in 1971.
Current exhibitions at the floating museum include Shipbuilding.
London Pass holders can receive free access to HMS Belfast.
